Figma Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5)
Figma updated it's Gemini image editing model to Gemini 2.5 which will make it even more powerful to edit existing images. Here's a comparison of GPT Image 1 compared to Gemini 2.5. With a simple prompt "Make it a sunny day, instead of cloudy" you can see good results for both models, but there's quite a difference when comparing them. You can try it out now via Figma's Edit image tool.

Framer Text Truncation
You can now use the new text truncation property to set a max number of lines for any text layer.
Live Activities and widgets on Mobbin
Mobbin added a new set of screenshots, that are not really app UI, but more UI of everything showing up when your app is closed. This includes Live Activities, Dynamic Island, and Widgets screenshots. It’s only available for iOS apps (makes sense as most of these are iOS features), and you can find them now in Mobbin.
