Organization in Midjourney

You can now create folders in midjourney to collect your images in projects. You can also make groups to cluster multiple folders together. This also makes it possible to download all images at once that are inside the folder. A small, but very useful update.

New scale tool and open source fonts

Framer added a new scale tool that lets you scale any layer while also scaling radius, borders or font size, which you can't do by just resizing a layer.

On top of the scale tool, a whole new sets of open source fonts has been added. You can find them in the font selector in the "Open source" category. This also includes the entire font collection from Collletttivo.

New in Figma

Figma had a new Release Notes stream to go over recent updates and some new features announced this week. These are some new features added this week:

  • File View History: View who and when they viewed your file
  • Boolean operation shortcuts: new shortcuts have been added to unify (⌥⬆U), subtract (⌥⬆S), intersect (⌥⬆I), exclude (⌥⬆E) or flatten (⌥⬆F) shapes.
  • Plugins in Slides: You can now use plugins inside Slides to add icons, generate gradients or time your presentation.
  • Diagramming in FigJam: additional shapes (including more development focused) have been added in a new sidebar
  • Lock backgrounds in FigJam: You can now lock the background only in FigJam boards so you can still change contents, but keep sections in place so other people can't mess up your board in a large collab session.
